At Poncho Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your shirt doesn't fit or perform as expected, we'll make it right with a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
